Overall upscale and beautiful hotel, I did not want to leave.

I had a big size room complete with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was right by Chengdu, metro or automobile, and the airport. Wuhou district was worth visiting.

I greatly enjoyed its nice and extremely friendly employees.

It was a great hotel in a commercial area, just off the Fairmont Chengdu, and Sichuan. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was decent. The location was convenient and marvellous and the services where amazing. The stay was absolutely fantastic;))

The room had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV, which I really appreciated. I loved having a view of the city from my window. Also, being close to a metro station was a fantastic bonus! 🌆

We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food to choose from. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were great, we had everything we needed. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at a high-class hotel in a classy area. The location was perfect, as it was close to the airport and within walking distance of the convention center. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and the hotel facilities were excellent, including a Chinese restaurant with tasty food. The view from the hotel was beautiful, with a beautifully sculpted urban waterscape nearby.

There were some details that could be improved, such as the lack of service mind from the check-in staff who failed to inform us about additional charges for breakfast for our 12-year-old son.

The hotel has very comfortable beds and a variety of breakfast food. The staff is also very nice and the rooms are clean and quiet. One thing I particularly liked was having a power socket next to the bed for my mobile charger. Additionally, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport and there is a metro station nearby. The location was perfect for my business trip and there are many great food options in the area.

I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The staff did not have a service-oriented mindset and did not inform me of all the additional fees when upgrading to a better room. Moreover, some of the food at the hotel restaurant did not live up to its description and the breakfast baker was not attentive to guests dropping food items on the floor. Lastly, while the hotel had a great location for business, the surrounding area felt artificial and did not match the local culture of the city.
